Our services are not limited to but focused on the practice areas of commercial law, company formation and management, estate planning and probate, immigration and citizenship, conveyancing, banking, debt collection, insurance and trusts. Particular emphasis is placed on the specialty areas of economic citizenship (citizenship by investment), real estate and property development, corporate, intellectual property and investment and wealth management.

Senior Partner of the firm the Mr. Lindsay Grant served as a member of the Federal Parliament of St. Kitts and Nevis and in the Cabinet of the Federal Government between 2015 and 2022 as Minister of Tourism, International Trade, Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Managing Partner Mr. Jonel Powell similarly served in the Federal Parliament and Federal Cabinet between 2020 and 2022 as Minister of Education, Youth, Sport and Culture.
